TERMS & CONDITIONS
The term ''Pharmazita'' or ''us'' or ''we'' refers to the owner of the website.
The term ''you'' refers to the customer.

These conditions apply to use of this website and are the terms and conditions on which we will supply any of the products to you and by proceeding further and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by them, you should NOT use this website.

When using the website, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by email or provide you with information by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights. You may contact us using the phone number provided for assistance and to speak to a staff member but again all means of communication shall be electronically and be put in writing via emails and any other attachments such as contractual agreements, etc. will be exchanged electronically.

3.1 We soon will introduce membership to the site where customers can create an account to keep track of their purchasing activities from Pharmazita.

3.2 It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of the password of your account chosen by you or issued by us when you register on the website and for restricting access to your computer and/or email address to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

4.0 Description of Goods and Services

4.1 We take all reasonable measures to ensure that all the details and descriptions of products given on our website are as accurate as possible.

4.2 A description of the goods is set out on our website and any other documents referred to on our website. Whilst we will attempt to ensure that there are no changes to the goods to be supplied, it is possible that there might be some minor variations to the description and/or specification of the goods which arise by virtue of changes made by the manufacturers.

4.3 All the products are subject to availability.

5.0 Prices

5.1 Prices displayed do not include delivery costs unless stated otherwise by promotion of FREE DELIVERY. Delivery costs will be applied at the checkout and depends on the customer’s choice of a delivery method when FREE DELIVERY is not being offered.

5.2 All prices quoted include the current UK VAT (20%). Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are expected. Orders will be processed at our published prices. In the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

5.3 Payment is taken at the point of checking out, we do not offer Credit Accounts. Payment can be made with major credit, debit cards and via PayPal.

5.4 Credit and Debit Card Payments are processed by our authorised payment gateway. We also, where relevant, use 3D secure to prevent fraudulent transactions.

5.5 We are entitled to cancel any contract in whole or in part to the extent that it is for the purchase of a product the price of which was stated incorrectly on the website.

5.6 You must take notice of the shipping restrictions and prices whether domestic or international.
​
5.7 We are entitled to cancel any contract where we have specifically informed you that the goods cannot be shipped to the destination outside of the UK on our website. Where certain goods are only available to UK customers on our e-commerce sections of the site we reserve the right to cancel the sale if you are from making the purchase for a delivery outside of the UK.

6.0 Payment

6.1 Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, payment shall be due and payable at the time the order is placed and accepted by us.

6.2 All goods remain the property of Pharmazita until paid for in full. Title to goods will not pass to the customer until payment has been received in full.

6.3 Online orders are processed automatically via fully secure servers.
​
6.4 We will confirm acceptance of your online order by e-mail to the address you have given and the sending of this e-mail (whether or not it is received) forms the Contract between us.

7.0 Placing an Order
​
7.1 Orders are subject to acceptance by us and are subject to availability.
​
7.2 After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order is an offer to us to buy a product. Orders are subject to acceptance.
​
7.3 Orders that contain items that are out of stock at the time of order will be sent out without those items. In this instance, we will cancel the part of the order that we cannot immediately fulfil and issue the appropriate partial refund onto the card used to make the purchase.
​
7.4 You may cancel a contract and receive a refund any time within 7 days after receipt of products by informing us in writing and returning the products to us at your own cost.

8.0 Missing Parcels
​
8.1 When you inform us in writing, we will start our missing parcel procedure if your order fails to arrive within 14 days (UK only).
​
8.2 We will investigate your claim and if we are satisfied that the non-arrival of the parcel belongs to us then a refund will be credited to the credit/debit card which was used to place the order.
​
8.3 Please note that we may refuse to make future deliveries to addresses that we consider to be insecure. If this is the case our customer service team will contact you and ask you to provide an alternative delivery address for future orders.

9.1 All content available on Pharmazita.com, including site design, text, graphics, interfaces and the selection of products thereof is copyrighted by Pharmazita, with all rights reserved, or is the property of Pharmazita or third parties protected by intellectual property rights.

10.0 Privacy Policy

10.1 We will use your information only as described in the Pharmazita's Privacy Policy. We encourage you to view it. It is the responsibility of the customer to review and approve the Privacy Policy prior to using Pharmazita and becoming a customer.

10.2 We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
​
10.3 Pharmazita shall use its best to protect Users’ privacy. Nevertheless, Pharmazita shall not be held responsible for any loss of information.

10.4 If you object to the Pharmazita's Privacy Policy and to the above said principles, please do not use Pharmazita.

11.0 Force Majeure
​
11.1 Pharmazita shall not bear liability for failure to perform its obligations according to this agreement if such failure as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike or lockout.

11.2 You shall not be entitled to terminate this Agreement under the Termination clause in such circumstances. Pharmazita shall not bear responsibility for and damages due to such circumstances.

12.0 Termination
​
12.1 Without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to Pharmazita it shall be entitled to terminate the Contract between Pharmazita and you or suspend any further orders under the Contract between Pharmazita and you without any liability to Pharmazita.
​
12.2 You committing a breach of this Agreement provided Pharmazita has notified you of the breach and in the case of that breach being capable of remedy, the breach has not been remedied within seven days of receipt of such notice.
​
12.3 You go into liquidation or having a receiver appointed over any of its assets or becoming subject to an administration order or any other insolvency proceedings or, (being an individual or partnership) the customer becomes apparently insolvent, bankrupt or the customer makes any agreement with its creditors or ceases or threatens to cease to carry on business.

13.0 Outage Policy
​
13.1 Pharmazita's highest priority is its customers’ satisfaction. However, Pharmazita may occasionally experience outages during which the Pharmazita website may not properly work and/or in which the customer may not be able to purchase. There are many events, from natural disasters to power outages that can disrupt the proper use of Pharmazita, most of which are not under Pharmazita's direct control.

13.2 During an outage, we will do our best to post updates on the site or social media websites, if possible.
​
13.3 Pharmazita will not bear responsibility for and damages due to such an outage.
